Good analysis... I would like similar TV report being produced for Hyderabad where these numbers are much much higher, so that its projected as bigger concern... in this report also, they did not mention, that its not about 150 INR, its about 30% raise (from 550 per month to 700INR per month) and schools need to justify to the right authorities / Regulators on what constitute of this increase??
