  1. CBSE School SN Vidya Bhavan Chentrappinni Thrissur, Kerala tried to impose huge fees hike without consulting parents. Though many attempts were made from the parents side, the school refused to listen to the parents. The matter was put up before the Court and the Munsiff COurt Orderd favoring the parents and the school appealed at CMA court but the CMA court also refused to modify the order. Later the school approched the High COurt and the High court denied schools appeal and said fees hike imposed without consulting the parents and ordered to form a Parents Association.
